A careers fair for post-primary pupils and those interested in exploring apprenticeship pathways will be held in Bangor next month.
The Apprenticeship Careers Fair will be held in Bangor Aurora on Thursday, February 19, from 4pm to 7pm.
It is being hosted by Ards and North Down Council’s Labour Market Partnership (LMP), and the free event is open to pupils in Year 11 and above, as school leavers and those interested in career changes.
The fair will welcome over 20 employers, training organisations and education providers spanning a wide range of sectors, including engineering, technology, hospitality, construction, finance, health and social care, and public service.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet exhibitors face-to-face, learn about current apprenticeship routes, and discover what skills and qualifications are needed to enter their chosen career.
