GLENLOLA Collegiate School is proud to congratulate both its U-13 and U-19 Gymnastics Teams on their outstanding success at the British Schools’ Gymnastics Finals, where each team secured bronze medals against strong national competition.

The British final represents the highest level of school gymnastics competition in the UK, bringing together the most talented teams from across the country.

Reaching the national final is an achievement in itself, and having two Glenlola teams perform at such a high standard on this stage is a remarkable accomplishment.

Throughout the competition, the teams displayed exceptional skill, resilience and teamwork, delivering confident and composed performances. Their bronze-medal finishes reflect not only their technical ability, but also their commitment, discipline and determination.

The dual success is a testament to the dedication of the gymnasts, the outstanding support and coaching they have received and the strength of gymnastics within Glenlola Collegiate School.

Year 14 pupil Ashten also earned a bronze medal in the U-19 individual tumbling category.

Speaking on the success, headmaster Mr Thompson said: “We are delighted for the girls, whose talent and determination have been recognised at such a high level.

“My thanks go to the teachers who helped to make this possible, and to the parents and carers, for supporting their daughters.”

The entire Glenlola school community is immensely proud of both teams. Their achievements at the British Schools Gymnastics Finals are a fantastic representation of the school and an inspiration to younger athletes within the wider school community.

Congratulations to all gymnasts involved on an exceptional national achievement.
