A HOLYWOOD woman is in the final of the Vet Nurse of the Year competition.
Laura Hearst, a veterinary nurse based at Garden Lodge clinic in Belfast, is one of three finalists of the prestigious awards which are in their 25th year.
The winners of each category will be announced at a glittering ceremony in March 21 in Manchester.
Laura thanked her clients and colleagues for their steadfast support.
“It means a great deal to me to be named a finalist in this year’s Petplan Vet Nurse of the Year award,” she said “I couldn’t do my job without my supportive colleagues, the
trust of our clients and of course their amazing pets,” she added.
